Consent Forms
If you have any questions or concerns about data that Council may hold
about you - erroneously or otherwise - please contact the Parish Clerk in
the first instances who will be more than happy to assist you with your enquiry.
Council intends to comply with the General Data Protection Regulations as from
25th May 2018 and therefore all data subjects who wish for their data to be retained
by the Council must "opt-in" by using the Consent form above.
If you are unable to access the website, or know someone who is not able to access
the website, please ask them to call the Clerk on 07393 572608 and a hard copy of
the necessary forms can be posted out to them.
Details of the ICO can be found in both the Privacy Policy and the Privacy Notice if
you wish to make a complaint against the Council and have been unable to obtain a
satisfactory resolution from the Parish Clerk in response to an earlier enquiry.
The Information Commissioner will usually not consider complaints from the public until
the Data Controller (in this case, the Parish Council) has been given an opportunity to
respond beforehand.
